Flora Head Spa Refund, Exchange, and Transfer Policy At Flora Head Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexible options while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our business. Please review our refund, exchange, and transfer policy below.
1. Refund Policy We offer partial refunds under the following conditions: Package Refunds: Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Gift Cards: As an alternative, partial refunds can be issued as a Flora Head Spa gift card for future use. Please note: Refunds are not available for single-session services, promotional packages, or discounted services.
2. Service Exchange Policy Clients may exchange remaining services for others of equal or lesser value. If the desired service is of higher value, the client may pay the price difference. Exchanges must be requested before the expiration date of the original package.
3. Service Transfer Policy If you are unable to use your remaining services, you may transfer them to a friend or family member. Transfers are subject to the following conditions: The original purchaser must request and approve the transfer. The recipient must adhere to all Flora Head Spa policies. Transfers must be completed within the original validity period of the package.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Items Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable. Services that have already been provided cannot be refunded or exchanged. Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
5. Cancellation Policy To ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee $25. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Flora Head Spa.
Gift Card Policy
1. Issuance & Redemption

Gift cards are valid exclusively for services at Flora Head Spa.

To redeem, present the physical or digital gift card at the time of service.
2. Expiration & Fees

Gift cards have a validity period of 5 years from the date of issuance.

No maintenance or inactivity fees apply.
3. Lost or Stolen Cards

Flora Head Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Treat your gift card as cash and store it securely.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Booking & Usage

When booking an appointment, inform us that you intend to use a gift card.

If the service exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
